Deluxe Room with King Size Bed

We had the most wonderful stay at The Grand Mercure Vadodara!! The attention to detail is like nothing I’ve ever seen. The staff are so attentive, without being intrusive & attend to your every need before you even know you need it. The laundry staff were so attentive and did such a beautiful job.

The house-keeping staff was very attentive and special care was taken by Miss Sanyukta. She took really good care of our stay and made sure that everything was in order which made our stay more comfortable .The rooms are beautifully appointed having been recently refurbished. The bed was nice and clean. The bathroom amenities were comprehensive which even included hair dryer to all to the usual toiletries!

The buffet breakfast was sumptuous with attentive staff barely requiring you to leave your seat. I would highly recommend anyone to experience this beautiful hotel.

All of the staff members are very cooperative, friendly, courteous and very helpful in all matters. The front desk, housekeeping, security, kitchen, and porter greet you with a smile and are ready to help you all the time.

The management is very helpful to me in preparing food for especially for me as I am allergic to all types of chillies and spice. I was getting such a specialized treatment. During my stay at Surya Palace, I had met with a minor accident just outside the hotel. The manager rushed to help me and immediately gave me first aid himself. Provided ice pack bag and ice for a massge. I am totally satisfied with the hospitality, service, and assistance provided by the hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Awesome experience! As a part of a corporate induction program, I had brought a batch of 70 to the hotel for a 2-night stay. The food, staff, rooms all were completely flawless and they were very accommodating too. Special mention to Mr. Dinesh who I was interacting with during my time here. Looking forward to coming back here soon!
