We thank the Grand Mercure Surya Palace for making the wedding reception a memorable one. My brother's wedding reception was at Grand Ballroom, Grand Mercure Surya Palace on 9th May 2018. We are greatly obliged to Mrs. Parizad Ghadiali for upgrading us from Crystal Room to Grand Ballroom. From day one, Parizad madam had been very cooperative and forthcoming with her ideas and suggestions. The decorations and the ambience of the Grand Ballroom were stupendous. The stage arrangements were as per our requirements and expectations. The menu chalked out under Parizad madam's guidance was a hit amongst the guests. Our guests were delighted with the excellent service and etiquette of the staff. The wedding suite provided to the newly wedded couple was also taken well care off.

Grand Mercure Surya Palace is a one-stop shop for all your requirements - be it staying there or celebrating an event. I had a wonderful experience of arranging some wedding functions at the hotel, right from the decor to food, everything was perfect and well taken care of. The staff is very courteous, warm and helping. The architecture of the hotel pleasantly stands out. The food is to die for. Ms. Parizad Ghadiali and her team are the perfect examples of how a top-notch hotel team functions. All in all a great experience and definitely looking forward to many more celebrations here.

SURYA PALACE TEAM along with BG did an excellent job and we got many compliments from our guests who were all praise for the arrangements, perfect menu and the outstanding food. All the guests appreciated the selection and preparation of the dishes in both the wedding functions.

Overall a very good event and service with a very cordial and friendly staff. Courteous, friendly and prompt in action. Beautiful decorations and banquet services. Customer service at is best in this part of the world.
