This great grand hotel at Sayajigung offers the best hotel rooms, banquet halls and business meeting conference halls. They offer luxurious facilities and the staff is very professional and helpful. The hotel infrastructure and architectural designs are beautiful. The location is prime and the rooms are spacious.

Our wedding function was organised in The Royal Room and The Grand Ballroom. Grand Mercure was earlier known as hotel Surya Palace. We took the Royal banquet for the engagement purpose. The arrangement, decoration, food, hospitality were all up to the mark. We took The Grand Ballroom banquet for the wedding function. The sitting arrangement, stage and phera mandap, all were beautifully done. The service and staff were good. Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed here.

We have been connected with Surya Palace from long time hence we are assured about quality service and food.Ballroom is idol for conferences from our point of view. There for we are booking more conferences on dated 7th Dec 2018.

It was a wonderful experience having our family occasion. I could not think of having a better option for such a important occasion. We got such an excellent and personalised services and we felt at ease throughout.
